The property is located in the heart of Turin, overlooking Piazza della Repubblica on one side and Via Milano on the other. The six-story above-ground building retains its original construction and typological characteristics, with solid masonry vertical load-bearing structures, pitched roofs, and a roofing system with roof tiles.
In this building, 46 residential units and 4 commercial units were created.
The property was recovered through a conservative restoration and renovation intervention that includes the modification of the distribution layout of existing units on all floors and a change in intended use.
The electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded, and a centralized air conditioning system was installed.
As the building has been declared of interest by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, it underwent a conservative intervention: the coffered ceilings and existing wall decorations were largely restored according to a project agreed upon with the Superintendence.
