The property is located in the Crocetta district in Turin, one of the most exclusive residential neighborhoods in the city. The intervention involves the renovation of two historic buildings dating back to the early 1900s. The two buildings are respectively two and three stories above ground, plus a semi-basement level. Originally separate, they have been connected through the construction of a central body. With the ongoing intervention, there will be a change in intended use, transitioning from commercial to residential, creating 14 distinct high-quality residential units.
The intervention includes a complete modification of the floor layouts, including the existing stairwells and elevators, and the new construction of electrical and fluid-mechanical systems.
An underground garage with two levels will also be built beneath the communal garden, capable of accommodating 23 parking spaces.
