Ciro Menotti 11 – Milan

The complex consists of four buildings connected by shared courtyards, green spaces, and an underground parking garage.
The work includes all construction, structural, and system-related operations aimed at achieving units of the highest quality standards.
Structural works are focused on upgrading the existing structures through the use of carbon fiber and new reinforced concrete elements.
The overall project entails the creation of 52 residential units and 3 offices. The complex is equipped with service areas designated for a concierge.
Currently, the redevelopment of three buildings and the parking garage has been completed. Work is ongoing on the redevelopment of the fourth building, as well as the associated and shared external areas.
